Educational leader and effective management skills to improve educational and administrative performance

Abstract: The intervention aims to highlight the role of the educational leader in improving administrative and educational performance, by recruiting his skills and competencies to achieve effective management that achieves the goals of the educational institution, through his keenness to activate its project by involving the educational and administrative team and social partners in developing strategies, following up on the implementation and evaluating its outputs. Theory The researchers adopted the descriptive approach in presenting the theoretical data and leadership skills that enable leaders to perform their leadership role and invest human and material resources to serve the objectives of educational reform.
