The Effectiveness and Attitudes of Teachers of the First three Grades Towards Educational Platforms in the City of Aqaba in Jordan

Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the effectiveness and attitudes of the teachers of the first three grades. The students of the first three grades in the city of Aqaba, in addition to revealing the extent to which there is a difference between their views according to: gender, educational qualification, and teaching experience. and its stability. The researcher divided the questionnaire into two parts: the first part included the personal and occupational data of the study sample members, and the second part included the questionnaire items, which totaled (20) items. The study population and its sample included all the teachers of the first three grades who teach students of the first three grades in the city of Aqaba during the first semester of the academic year 2021-2022, and their number is (222), and they are (72) male and (150) female teachers. The results of the study concluded that the effectiveness and attitudes of the teachers of the first three grades who study the first three grades’ students in the city of Aqaba came at a high level, with an arithmetic mean for all the questionnaire items that amounted to (3.69). The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) because of the academic qualification and the differences were in favor of the study sample who obtained a scientific qualification in the postgraduate category. As for the variables of gender and teaching experience, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (a = 0.05) because of gender or the effect of teaching experience. Considering the study results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
