Abstract: This study aimed to identify the school administration and ways to develop it in the light of global trends towards the virtual school from the point of view of school principals in the Directorate of Education and Education of the Kasbah of Madaba. In the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Madaba, its validity and reliability were confirmed by a committee of specialized arbitrators. The results of the study showed that the average total score for the answers of the study sample on the study tool was medium with an arithmetic mean (2.66) and a standard deviation (1.10), as all Paragraphs of the study tool to a moderate degree, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of average responses of school principals in the Directorate of Education and Education of the Kasbah of Madaba towards ways to develop school administration in the light of global trends towards the virtual school according to the gender variable and the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of average responses School principals in the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Madaba towards ways to develop school administration in the light of global trends towards the virtual school according to the variable years of experience and in favor of (more In light of the results, the study recommended several recommendations, including the periodic participation of school principals in international conferences related to school management and virtual schools, which enables him to view global models of virtual schools and the need to refer in regulations and regulations to specific standards for the development of the competencies of school principals and materials Others allow him to attend some courses and facilitate participation in international conferences related to administration, in addition to the ministry providing job stability for school principals so that they can draw and implement long-term plans and conduct further studies dealing with another academic community and variables not included in the current study.
