Abstract: This study aimed to identify the school administration and ways to develop it in the light of global trends towards the virtual school from the point of view of school principals in the Directorate of Education and Education of the Kasbah of Madaba. In the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah of Madaba, its validity and reliability were confirmed by a committee of specialized arbitrators.
