Abstract: Today, civil aviation is considered one of the important service activities that countries and institutions are racing to develop, expand and care for because it is a means of modern urban progress for societies and because it is used in all different economic sectors in the countries of the world. It witnessed technical and administrative development and became a destination for Iraq in front of all countries of the world as advanced lines, and it has a good reputation and passenger confidence.
